Description

The pipe has changed its characteristics that the pipe can not be bent by special processing methods. It can be used for pipe misalignment or to balance pipe displacements, dimensional changes caused by climate or other reasons, or to eliminate high-frequency mechanical vibrations. Can also be used on special occasions such as tubular reactors or heat exchangers.

Flat PTFE Hose
The Model type  PTFE Hose is a smooth bore PTFE hose with a stainless steel braiding, available up to 1-1/4" diameters. The diameters listed reflect nominal sizing.
It is lightweight, and handles a very broad range of chemicals at relatively high temperatures and pressures, and will not deteriorate in service. It is used in countless tough industrial applications where continual large bending is not required. Commonly provided with JIC, NPT or many other fittings.
Also available with a convoluted PTFE core for tighter bends

Corrugated PTFE Hose
The Model type PTFE Hose is a convoluted PTFE hose with a stainless steel braiding, available up to 4" diameters.The convolutions provide a far tighter bend radius than most smooth bore alternatives.It is lightweight, and handles a very broad range of chemicals at relatively high temperatures and pressures, including full vacuum. 
It is used in countless tough industrial applications where a smooth bore is not required. Also available in conductive PTFE.
Commonly provided with JIC, NPT or many other fittings. 

PTFE expansion joint
Solid-molded PTFE expansion joints are corrosion-resistant and made to withstand the high pressure and temperature in a compact, space-saving design. Standard sizes from 1" to 12" with two, three, or five convolutions; available in sizes up to 48". PTFE expansion joints can operate with temperatures from -300 F to 400 F from a full vacuum to 160 PSI depending on the type and number of convolutions.

Testing of PTFE hose
Most PTFE hose manufacturers only use the naked eye for appearance control and simple measurement tools to control the size, the purpose of which is to save costs. However, it is impossible to rule out the trachoma and broken points in the PTFE hose, nor can it detect the technical problems that the F4 hose is not cooked or burnt in production. This quality product is very dangerous for conveying strong acids and bases. Our company uses professional testing equipment to control the quality of F4 hoses. Test the crystallinity of the F4 hose to confirm the softness of the product, the pressure burst tester tests the internal pressure resistance of the PTFE hose, and the airtightness tester detects the sand holes and breakpoints in the hose.
