Machine Overview
Metal hoses, elastic elements, and bellows expansion joints are widely used in various fields such as chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, environmental protection, shipbuilding, aerospace, instrumentation, and even daily life due to their unique comprehensive performance. Since such products are large in quantity and wide in scope, with high quality requirements and special production and manufacturing technology, advanced technology and sophisticated equipment have become the key to improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
This series of automatic seam welding machines for steel strips is one of the necessary special equipment for manufacturing corrugated pipes.
It can automatically and continuously weld stainless steel strips with a single layer thickness of 0.2≤δ≤1.5mm and cut to a fixed length into pipe blanks with different nominal inner diameters using TIG argon arc welding technology for forming. Its characteristics are reasonable design; advanced technology; variable frequency stepless speed regulation; unlimited length; high efficiency; and stable quality.
If equipped with a spiral forming system, the steel strip can be automatically and continuously welded and formed into the corresponding spiral corrugated pipe.
