Preforming 1st, 2nd and 3rd devices
The preforming forming device uses a spiral tooth mold with adjustable tilt angle and depth to spin out a shallow corrugated bellows. The forming process should run continuously and stably. The molding process should have automatic lubricant adding function and lubricant recovery device. The molding mechanism should be equipped with a cooling system to ensure cooling and lubrication of the molding system.

Forming four precision corrugation devices
1. The precision corrugation device is mainly used for the first three preformed shallow corrugated pipes and the final dense corrugation. The corresponding corrugated pipe model is DN6-25. The rotation speed of the corrugated pipe precision rolling head needs to be automatically adapted to the longitudinal movement distance to ensure For maximum stability during the corrugation process, the inlet and outlet of the corrugated pipe must be guided and supported to ensure the roundness of the tube blank.
