After forming with a mechanical mandrel expanding machine, or a mechanical rolling forming machine, the bellow shape or pitch distance may not be so perfect, the re-rolling machine is used for re-roll the bellow to get the perfect shape and closing pitch distance.
2. No. of re-roller:
No. of driving re-roller=no. of convolution-1
No. of driven re-roller=no. of convolutions
3. After re-rolling, the bellow shape will be better and more accurate and constant/equal.
4. If the customer wants to re-roll the bellow to a specified pitch distance, the thickness of the re-roller and axial thickness of the positioning ring will be designed accordingly.
