I. Equipment working rangement and technical parameters
1. The equipment is an emulsion liquid as a drum wave medium. Under the joint action of the hydraulic control system and the fixed length mold, the welded stainless steel tube blank with one layer or double-layer is automatically and continuously formed into a ring-shaped metal hose or expansion joint of corresponding diameter through a setting process of positioning, waving and forming.
2. Through the specially hydraulic metal hose forming machine with compressing along the machine center axis to press or extend the formed corrugated bellows and draw to get the desired pitch and shape.
3. The range of the inner diameter of the metal hose can be Φ40-Φ100mm.
4.Length of corrugated metal hose: L≤5000mm.
