As a kind of pipeline compensation component, metal bellows is widely used in aerospace, electric power, petrochemical, automobile, heating, steel, bridge, urban construction, instrumentation, metallurgy, shipbuilding and other fields. The metal bellows compensates the positional movement of the pipeline system or equipment due to temperature with its axial or radial changes. For example, the installation of bellows on the pipeline can compensate for the thermal expansion of the pipeline and reduce the expansion and vibration of the pipeline. Machine Features:

5) Equipped with a safety door, using impact-resistant plexiglass, which can prevent high-pressure liquid from splashing, and can monitor the movement of the equipment and the mold and the forming status in real time through the transparent window. When it is safely opened, the equipment will stop working immediately, effectively ensuring the safety of the operator ;
6) The equipment is equipped with a quick lever, which has the characteristics of fast no-load speed and slow speed of the mold, and two different speeds to reduce the idle time;
7) Combining corrugation forming and pipe end shaping into one, eliminating the need for equipment specially used for pipe end shaping, reducing equipment procurement and labor costs.

A. Operating principle:
This machine uses emulsion as the medium. Under the common action of the hydraulic control system and the mould, the single or double layer stainless steel tube will be shaped through the progress of position fixed , bulging and shaping.

B. Technical data:
1. Inner diameter of the bellow: 16-60mm
2. Thickness of the bellow: customized acceptable
3. Toolings/different size changing time is about 15 minutes, tube loading time is about 10-15 seconds, tube unloading time is 3 seconds, 10 seconds for one convolution.
4. Length of tube before forming: L≤1000mm. 
  Use feeding cylinder. You can set a fixed length of the tube for pushing. When the machine is set to automatic cycle, step on the foot switch, the feeding cylinder started to push, after reaching the preset size, the machine starts processing and shaping.
5. The system adopts PLC programmable control mode in manual control and automatic control independently. The automatic button is foot switch.
6. The system can setup automatic programs of pipe end feeding and changing the height of convolution on both sides of the bellow.
7. The no. of convolution and no. of band of the forming bellow can be preset through setting up the display of counting the no. of convolutions.
8. Control the length of pipe end through the tail-stock cylinder and proximity switch. 
  Length of pipe end≤350mm. The tolerance of the feeding length≤2mm.
9. The locating device ensure the pitch shape to be equal. 
  The tolerance of pitch height and pitch distance within the range of level IT18.
10. The main hydraulic components are from Taiwan KAMPASS.
11. The PLC controller is from Thinget made in China. In a single setup, there can be space between two bellows.
12. Power rating: 18.5KW
