In manual operation mode, the button under the screen should be on the left. Press "oil pump motor" ''oil filling motor'', put on the tube, then push in (after reaching the correct place, the proximity switch light will be on), then press pipe inlet--"mould close" - "mould hook lock" - "mould in" - "top cylinder press" -- "Mould out" - "1st oil charge" - "compress" - "2nd oil charge" - "top cylinder back" -' ' Mould Hook Release'' - "mould Open" - "lifting" -"pipe out". (2nd oil charge is a switch, that means you have to press "2nd oil charge" again before "top cylinder back", to stop the oil charge. Other buttons are reset switch, that means when you press on it, it will act, when you release, it will stop.) After the mould open, pull out the tube and take out the tube.
 

In Automatic mode, set the time of every action in the parameter setting interface Then the button under the screen should be on the auto mould. Now turn on the motor. Put on the tube and push in. The machine will automatically run until the mould is open, then you should pull out the tube and take out the tube. If during the automatic running mode, the machine suddenly stop or some actions are increased or reduced, you should press the emergency stop button and change the button under the screen to left. Then reset the emergency stop button, manually operate the machine and check every proximity switch at the same time.
