The company according to user demand developed a clamp type rubber joint, using clamp type to replace the flange and bolts, when used, it is convenient to clamp type rubber joints at both ends were set in the pipeline to be connected through the stainless steel clamp will be fixed connection of rubber joints and pipelines: dismantling can be loosened to achieve the compensation of pipeline due to thermal expansion and contraction of the displacement produced by the water transmission purpose.

 

Compared with the general rubber joint, it has the following advantages:

1. Clamp type rubber joint saves flange and bolts, which saves project expenses.
2. Clamp type rubber joint does not need to be flanged at the pipe mouth, simplifying the work effect.
3. The clamp type rubber joint simplifies the installation and maintenance work, and improves the working efficiency.
4. The clamp is made of stainless steel, with corrosion resistance and other characteristics, the diameter from DN50-500mm, the installation length with reference to JGD (KXT)-DF or according to the user's needs.
5. Pressure level from 0.25Mpa-1.0Mpa.
