For 4pcs: Furnace: 54KW Length: 26M Price: USD 32930FOB: Shanghai Amonia: 15KW 1. Annealing line is consists of the hose feeding frame, the high frequency inductor, ammonia decomposition furnace, the cooling furnace and the hose take-up.

2. Principle: 1) Preheat the ammonia decomposition furnace to 550-600ºC. Two or three hours later, increase the temperature to 850ºC and the ammonia will decompose to hydrogen.

2) Feeding the hose, the conveyer will transfer the hose into the inductor in a speed of 3-4 meters per minute. At the sametime, the inductor will heat to 1050-1100ºC. The hose will enter the cooling furnace after heating with the protection of hydrogen.

3)Take up the hose when it comes out of the cooling furnace.
Note: The inductor and cooling furnace using the cooling water.
