Product Description

This wire mesh machine is mainly used to produce the mesh for the exhaust pipes.

1. Braiding machine level: E2-E8;
2. Rotation speed: 45-85 rpm;
3. The machine adopts 220V three-phase AC power supply;
4. The machine adopts a three-stage frequency converter to control the weaving main shaft, take-up main shaft, and silk shaft untwisting respectively. The output frequency of the inverter is 50Hz, and the three-stage linkage ratio is set according to the wire diameter, tensile strength, and elongation during the weaving process.
5. Overall dimensions and net weight of the machine:
