PTFE hose is manufactured by ram extruded with PTFE granular resin. PTFE is the most corrosion

resistance of all known plastics. It has the best electrical properties of plastics

 

3. Uses

PTFE heat-shrinkable sleeve is made of imported high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE commonly known as plastic king) resin, extruded and sintered. The product has the advantages of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and good self-lubricating properties. It is widely used in various fields such as machinery, electronic appliances, automobiles, aerospace, chemical industry, communication and so on.

 4. Testing of PTFE hose

Most PTFE hose manufacturers only use the naked eye for appearance control and simple measurement tools to control the size, the purpose of which is to save costs. However, it is impossible to rule out the trachoma and broken points in the PTFE hose, nor can it detect the technical problems that the PTFE hose is not cooked or burnt in production. This quality product is very dangerous for conveying strong acids and bases. Our company uses professional testing equipment to control the quality of hose. Test the crystallinity of the PTFE hose to confirm the softness of the product, the pressure burst tester tests the internal pressure resistance of the PTFE hose, and the air tightness tester detects the sand holes and break points in the hose.
