1. Equipment working scope and technical parameters:
YKCX―100D Hydroforming metal hose forming & pitch closing machine
Configuration: 1 set of water injection rod with inner diameter of Φ20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100mm, total 10 sets.
The manufacturing dimensions of the mold are based on the parameters provided by the buyer.
- The equipment is still using emulsion as the convolution expanding medium. Under the combined action of the hydraulic control system and the sizing mold, the tube is automatically and continuously formed by the corresponding diameter through the setting process of positioning, convolution expanding and forming. Then getting annular metal hose or compensator.
- Through the special hydraulic pitch closing mechanism on the equipment reciprocating along the central axis of the machine, the formed corrugated hose is compressed or drawn to obtain the required pitch distance and hose shape.
- The inner diameter range of the formed hose: Φ20-Φ100mm. (Hose thickness shall be provided by the buyer in writing.)
- Corrugated hose length before pitch closing: L≤5000mm.
- The secondary forming part, especially the transmission chain, sprockets and other
components must be firm and durable. Among them, the specifications of chains and sprockets have been increased from 12A to 16A. Increase the motor power from 11KW to 15KW.
- The system still uses programmable PLC control, and there are two convolutions at both ends that can be adjusted to adjust convolution height.
- The system is set with the function of automatically inserting straight tube section, and the length of straight tube can be inserted ≤150mm. And including the convolution count display.
- Set the positioning device for adjusting the opening position of the front and back molds when expanding convolutions.
- The copper sleeve structure between the movable wall panel and the connecting shaft is changed to a linear guide rail.
- The reciprocating part of the sliding mold base adopts a heavy-duty ball linear slide.
- The size of the rectangular steel used for the frame is increased to improve the overall rigidity
- In order to prevent the outer surface be scratched when the movement and friction between the corrugated hose and the die during forming, , so the front and rear die need to be finely treated after quenching.
- In order to prevent non-benign friction between the steel-based water injector and the inner wall of the pipe, it is necessary to inlay aluminum bronze rings at appropriate positions on the outer cylindrical surface of the water injector.
- Redesign the emulsion water tank for storing convolution expanding media, and reasonably confirm its installation position, so that it can be cleaned regularly and replaced by emulsion more conveniently.
- The CPU, touch screen, and programming cable used in the above-mentioned equipment all use Chinese "Xinjie" brand components.
- All hydraulic components except the oil cylinder are selected from Kangbaishi·Chaotian (Shanghai) Company.
- Change the proximity switch that controls the position of the front, back of the mold and the forming part to be controlled by a rope encoder to improve accuracy.
- The dimensional tolerance grades of corrugated hose are all JS(js)18.
