The difference between the produced hose:
The hose formed by hydraulic metal hose forming machine is U-type convolution, the elasticity is not as good as Ω-type convolution, the production is made with saponification liquid, the hose is not as clean as the hose made by PU/Elastomer metal hose forming machine. Because of the limitations of the mould, can make a larger diameter, thicker wall thickness of the hose. Because of the use of hydraulic forming, can make a very thick wall thickness of the hose, the layer of the hose can be two or three.
PU/Elastomer metal hose forming machine makes the hose with Ω-type convolution, better elasticity, no saponification liquid in the production process, producing a cleaner hose. Due to PU mould restrictions, the size of the hose made is not as large as the hydraulic hose forming machine, and due to the principle of forming, can not make the wall thickness of too thick hose.
How to decide which type of machine to use:
Depending on the environment of the hose use, if the hose is required to have a high degree of flexibility, then use PU/Elastomer metal hose forming machine. If the hose is required to have a strong pressure-bearing capacity, and the hose softness requirements in general, you can use the hydraulic metal hose forming machine.

The machine can be used to make flexible metal hose, flexible elements and corrugated bellows.
The machine expands the convolution with PU mould. It can make single layer flexible metal hose.
The machine is completed with PLC programmer, it is reliable and easy operation. Both manual and automatic control are available.

The machine can be used for different applications as follows:
A: Annular metal hose making machine with mould
B: Helical metal hose making machine with mould
C: Tube welding machine for the size up to DN50 without hose forming machine
The machine can be used for gas hose, water hose, solar hose, heat exchanger and fire fighting/sprinkler hose manufacturing.
