Ultra-low temperature hose freezer operation manual
1. Preparation before starting: (warm-up)
The device must be closed and preheated 12 hours in advance when it is turned on for the first time. (Close the main power switch of the equipment)
2. Refrigeration operation:
1. Boot operation:
After the preheating is completed, turn the refrigeration knob to the refrigeration position to start the pre-cooling compressor, and the refrigeration indicator will be on after a delay of 3 minutes. When the temperature of the refrigeration meter drops to -70 degrees, turn on the switch of the fan; when the temperature of the defrost meter drops to- The hose can be wound when it is below 50 degrees.
2. Shutdown operation:
When the machine stops, turn the refrigeration knob to the middle stop position, the compressor stops working, and then turn off the fan switch.
3. Refrigeration meter parameters:
Refrigeration meter set temperature -70 degrees, return difference (HY or DB) 10.
3. Defrosting operation:
1. Summer method 1: open the door to defrost
2. Summer mode 2: Open the door and turn on the fan (the fastest speed) and turn off the fan after it reaches the temperature
3. Winter mode 3: Open the warehouse door first after stopping the machine, and then turn on the circulating fan. When the warehouse temperature is the same as the ambient temperature, turn off the fan first and then close the warehouse door. At this time, turn the defrost knob switch to the defrost position, and then press the forced defrost button of the defrost temperature control meter. At this time, the defrost indicator light is on, and the fan indicator light is on to start defrosting, and it will stop automatically when it reaches the defrost setting temperature. .
4. The 3P heating pipe circuit breaker in the distribution box is closed when the ambient temperature is lower than 20°C, and disconnected when the ambient temperature is higher than 20°C. Disconnect in summer (open the door) and close in winter (close the door).
5. Defrost table parameters:

4. Precautions during machine running.
1. It is recommended that the shutdown time is less than 24 hours and do not turn off the main power switch, so that it can be turned on directly next time it is started. Poor preheating of this equipment will affect the service life of the compressor. (Close the main power switch to preheat)
2. The dust removal cycle of the air condenser is 15-30 days/time, which can be adjusted according to the cleanliness of the environment. (Too much dust in the wind condenser will affect the cooling effect)
