The tie rod limit rubber joint is composed of two flanges and a rubber ball. On the basis of the flexible rubber joint, a limit device is added. The limit device includes: ear plates, limit bolts, nuts, etc. In the early stage of the finished product of the rubber joint, the flange is used to symmetrically weld the ear plates. Generally, secondary welding is used for the welding work. The ear plates are welded on the flange, the limit bolts are connected, and the nuts are tightened to form the tie rod limit rubber joint.

The rubber joint limit device is a device that protects the rubber joint from the danger of pull-off. It controls the displacement of the rubber joint within a certain range to ensure the stable operation of the rubber joint and the pipeline. The anti-pull-off limit device is a limit device added based on the performance of the original product. The pipeline can expand and contract freely within the allowed expansion amount. Once the maximum expansion amount is exceeded, it will limit the position to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline.
