1.1 Equipment main component parameters
1.1.1 Equipment dimensions: 1400×600×1700 (length×width×height).
1.1.2 The equipment has a compact structure, and the body is formed by one-time welding of Q235-A steel plate without welding defects.
1.1.3 The thickness of the worktable is 20mm, and the surface is finely milled.
1.1.4 This machine tool consists of a frame seat, a worktable, a safety operation box, a spindle transmission system, a hydraulic pump station system, a cutter disc rolling die and a pipe mandrel die. The overall design is simple and beautiful, and the assembly is reasonable.

1.1 Parameters of main components of the equipment
1.1.1 Equipment dimensions: 2500×1200×1300 (length×width×height), auxiliary machine 750×750×1200, and equipped with air-cooled radiator device.
1.1.2 The equipment has a compact structure, and the body is formed by one-time welding of 100×50 thick-walled square tubes without welding defects.
1.1.3 The thickness of the workbench is 35mm, the workbench surface is milled flat, and there is no residual internal stress, ensuring the accuracy, strength and stability of the equipment.
1.1.4 The main machine square box is welded and finely processed with a steel plate with a thickness of 20.
1.1.4 Spinning mold material: 45#, after special treatment, the specifications of the spinning mold are made according to the drawings.
1.1.5 The spin-rolling knife is made of CR12MOV and treated with TD to increase the service life of the spin-rolling knife.

3. How can we make sure about the machine quality after we put the order?
After the supplier has manufactured the equipment according to the agreed date, it shall notify the demander to the supplier for acceptance. The materials required for acceptance shall be provided by the demander. Other conditions required for acceptance, such as site, power, wiring, auxiliary materials and workers, shall be provided and arranged by the supplier. Only after the acceptance is qualified can the equipment leave the factory.
4. How about the after-sales service?
(1). The Supplier shall provide good after-sales service with a warranty period of 1 year.
(2). In case of equipment failure during the warranty period, we will call back within 4 hours after receiving the notice, and send personnel to the site to eliminate the failure within 72 hours if the phone fails to solve the problem.
