Hydraulic End Flanging Machine
1. Requirements for the mechanical structure of the equipment
1.1 Parameters of the main components of the equipment
1.1.1 Equipment dimensions: 1500×1000×2000 (length×width×height).
1.1.2 The equipment has a compact structure, and the body is formed by one-time welding of Q235-A steel plate and heat treated. There are no welding defects.
1.1.4 Forming mold material: 45 steel plate processing, tempered and heat treated.
1.1.5 Flanging mold: CR12, quenched.
1.2 The equipment runs smoothly and without noise.

 
The longitudinal joint bite and flanging of the muffler cylinder are completed automatically.

Hydraulic Double-head sealing machine
1. Length of muffler barrel (after capping): designed as ≤1000 mm,
2. Applicable materials: galvanized sheet, stainless steel sheet (409), ordinary steel sheet
3. Applicable material thickness: 0.6-1.5mm
4. Locking height 9±0.5mm
5. Uniform bite seam, no flaws, scratches, dents
6. No distortion or deformation of barrel after curling.
7. Weight: about 3.8 tons.
8. Shift: 300 pieces/8 hours

Vertical cap seaming machine
For the synthesis edge of the muffler cylinder and the end cover, the process of sealing the two ends of the cylinder is completed.

Horizontal cap seaming machine
For the synthesis edge of the muffler cylinder and the end cover, both ends of the cylinder cover simultaneously, each end adopts the single arm to realize the volume and pressure two kinds of capping actions, with automatic feeding and automatic feeding.

3. How can we make sure about the machine quality after we put the order? 
After the supplier has manufactured the equipment according to the agreed date, it shall notify the demander to the supplier for acceptance. The materials required for acceptance shall be provided by the demander. Other conditions required for acceptance, such as site, power, wiring, auxiliary materials and workers, shall be provided and arranged by the supplier. Only after the acceptance is qualified can the equipment leave the factory.

4. How about the after-sales service? 
(1). The Supplier shall provide good after-sales service with a warranty period of 1 year.
(2). In case of equipment failure during the warranty period, we will call back within 4 hours after receiving the notice, and send personnel to the site to eliminate the failure within 72 hours if the phone fails to solve the problem.
