The PTFE-lined flexible rubber joint has the characteristics of vibration reduction, high temperature resistance, flexibility, and friction resistance. 1. Strictly avoid over displacement during installation.
2. Bolts should be installed symmetrically, gradually tightened to prevent local leakage.
3. For working pressures above 1.6 MPa, utilize elastic pressure pads with bolts to prevent loosening during operation.
4. When vertically installed, ensure vertical support at both ends of the joint pipelines. Anti-pull-off devices can be used to prevent detachment under pressure.
5. Place the Rubber Expansion Joint away from heat sources, ozone zones, and direct exposure to strong radiation or incompatible media.
6. During transportation and handling, avoid sharp objects damaging the surface and sealing faces of the Rubber Expansion Joint.
