High Performance Anti-Corrosive PTFE Hose

The pipe has changed the characteristics that the pipe can not be bent by special processing methods. It can be used to connect the lower graphite and ceramic glass pipes and can be used as the feeding and discharging pipe for tank trucks, tanks, containers, or reaction still. It can be used for pipe misalignment or to balance pipe displacements, dimensional changes caused by climate or other reasons, or to eliminate high-frequency mechanical vibrations. Can also be used on special occasions such as a tubular reactor or heat exchanger.

It is lightweight, and handles a very broad range of chemicals at relatively high temperatures and pressures, and will not deteriorate in service. It is used in countless tough industrial applications where continual large bending is not required. Commonly provided with JIC, NPT or many other fittings.

The Model type PTFE Hose is a convoluted PTFE hose, available up to 4″ diameters.The convolutions provide a far tighter bend radius than most smooth bore alternatives.It is lightweight and handles a very broad range of chemicals at relatively high temperatures and pressures, including full vacuum.
It is used in countless tough industrial applications where a smooth bore is not required. Also available in conductive PTFE.
