The preforming forming device uses a spiral tooth mold with adjustable tilt angle and depth to spin out a shallow corrugated bellows. The forming process should run continuously and stably. The molding process should have automatic lubricant adding function and lubricant recovery device. The molding mechanism should be equipped with a cooling system to ensure cooling and lubrication of the molding system.

(1) Forming mechanism;
(2) Automatic lubricating fluid addition and recovery structure;
(3) Lubrication and cooling system;
(4) Frequency conversion drive system; When the specifications are small, a variable frequency hollow motor drive is used to reduce the resistance of the sliding table.
