Equipment mechanical structure parameters

1.1 Equipment main component parameters

1.1.1 Equipment dimensions: 1800×1700×3500 (length×width×height), equipped with air-cooled radiator device.

1.1.2 The equipment has a compact structure, and the body is formed by one-time welding of 200×200 thickened square tubes, without welding defects.

1.1.3 All linear guides of the equipment are made of Taiwan Hiwin brand, and PLC and touch screen are made of Wuxi Xinjie brand.

1.1.4 The thickness of the main worktable is 30mm, finely processed; the frame is made of 25mm steel plate, which is welded firmly at one time to ensure that the equipment has sufficient strength and stability; the upper and lower boxes are cross-welded by thick-walled tubes and middle plates, and are finely processed by CNC milling machines, so as to ensure the consistency and synchronization of the upper and lower curling molds.

1.1.5 The upper and lower sets of curling dies are made of Cr12MoV and quenched to ensure service life; the two sets of curling cylinder brackets are made of cast steel, making the cylinder brackets a whole, greatly improving the stability of the equipment during curling.

1.1.6 End bite wheel (i.e. 2 curling wheels) material: Cr12MoV, specification: Φ98×36, the curling wheel is treated with special technology, greatly improving the service life.

1.1.7 Imitation mold material: CR12, heat treated.

1.1.8 Track material: 45#, heat treated.

1.2 The packaging mechanism (including the imitation mold, track, etc.) is placed below to ensure convenient observation of the processing status of the parts.

1.3 The equipment is equipped with a protective cover to ensure the safety of the equipment during operation.
