The mechanical metal bellows forming machine is also called Automated punch former, it's a good machine for producing metal bellows expansion joints from single or multi-layer tubes, a wide production working range diameter from DN80mm to DN3000mm.

After forming with a mechanical mandrel expanding machine, or a mechanical rolling forming machine, the bellow shape or pitch distance may not be so perfect, the re-rolling machine is used for re-roll the bellow to get the perfect shape and closing pitch distance.

1. Max convolutions is 12, and the length of the bellows is less than 1200mm.
2. No. of re-roller:
No. of driving re-roller=no. of convolution-1
No. of driven re-roller=no. of convolutions
3. After re-rolling, the bellow shape will be better and more accurate and constant/equal.
4. If the customer wants to re-roll the bellow to a specified pitch distance, the thickness of the re-roller and axial thickness of the positioning ring will be designed accordingly.
